Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend the Conference, please submit a cancellation request in writing to info@aptanc.org. Requests received by March 31st, will be eligible for an 80% refund. After March 31, 2026, cancellation requests may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of APTA NC. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund. Your funds will be returned via the same method you paid for your registration. Once issued, refunds may take 7 business days to be reflected on your credit card statement. If you paid by check, please allow up to 120 days for a refund.
