2026 Annual Conference Sponsor and Exhibitor Registration

Conference Cancellation

This agreement is automatically terminated in the event the APTA NC Conference is canceled due to causes that are beyond reasonable control (i.e., acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other similar cause beyond the control of the parties making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to hold the Conference). APTA NC will determine an equitable basis for the refund of such a portion of the exhibit fees, after due consideration of expenditures and commitments.

Notification of Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing by Tuesday, September 1, 2026. If notice of cancellation is made prior to the designated date, the Sponsor Level refund will less a $25 processing fee.

Cancellations after Tuesday, September 1, 2026, will not be eligible for refunds. Please allow 30 days for all refunds to be completed.
