(You will be asked to select sessions.  This does not require you to attend what you selected but helps us plan space.)

Contact Hours:  12 CEU credits available for full conference.  Each 90 minute session = 1.5 contact hour

Lodging:  APTA NC does not provide a hotel room block for this event.  Courtyard by Marriott High Point or JH Adams Inn by Wyndham are in close proximity to High Point University. 

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend after registering, please submit a cancellation request in writing to info@aptanc.org. 

• Requests received by September 30, 2026 are eligible for an 80% refund.  
• After September 30, 2026, cancellation requests may be accepted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of APTA NC.  
• Please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund. Your funds will be returned via the same method you paid for your registration.
• Once issued, refunds may take 7 business days to be reflected on your credit card statement. If you paid by check, please allow up to 120 days for a refund.
